電工鋼硅鋼片：絕緣涂層狀態(tài)產(chǎn)品通常以兩面涂敷絕緣涂層狀態(tài)交貨，涂層種類見表 2。絕緣涂層應(yīng)可耐受絕緣漆、陜西西安本地變壓器油、陜西西安本地機(jī)械油等介質(zhì)的侵蝕。本文件規(guī)定的絕緣涂層與國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范規(guī)定絕緣涂層的近似對(duì)照可參見附錄 A(資料性附錄)，絕緣涂層的特性見附錄 B(資料性附錄)。絕緣涂層的厚度、陜西西安本地自粘接涂層的剝離強(qiáng)度等技術(shù)要求如有特殊要求應(yīng)在訂貨時(shí)協(xié)商，并在合同中注明。7.3.2 絕緣涂層附著性根據(jù)附錄 C（無(wú)取向電工鋼絕緣涂層附著性檢測(cè)和評(píng)級(jí)方法），產(chǎn)品的絕緣涂層的附著性按照由高至低分為 A、陜西西安本地B、陜西西安本地C、陜西西安本地D 四個(gè)級(jí)別。供貨時(shí)，產(chǎn)品涂層的附著性級(jí)別 應(yīng)達(dá)到 C 級(jí)。在剪切過(guò)程和供方規(guī)定的熱處理?xiàng)l件下進(jìn)行熱處理時(shí)，涂層不得有大面積脫落，但是在剪切邊緣位置，涂層的輕微碎裂則允許存在。7.3.3 涂層絕緣電阻涂層絕緣電阻分為表面絕緣電阻和層間電阻，表面絕緣電阻單位為Ω·cm2/面，層間電阻單位為Ω·cm2/片，理論上，層間電阻是表面絕緣電阻的 2 倍。根據(jù)需方要求，經(jīng)供需雙方協(xié)商，可進(jìn)行涂層絕緣電阻的檢測(cè)，并在合同中注明涂層表面絕緣電阻或?qū)娱g電阻的小值。

電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼是一種硅鐵合金。用硅鋼軋制的片材是電工領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用廣的軟磁材料，因而硅鋼片又稱電工鋼片。硅鋼片廣泛用于電動(dòng)機(jī)、發(fā)電機(jī)、變壓器、扼流圈、電磁機(jī)構(gòu)、繼電器及測(cè)量?jī)x表中電機(jī)工業(yè)大量使用厚度為0.35～0.50mm的硅鋼片,用于：中型旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)，壓縮電機(jī)，通用馬達(dá)，小型精密電機(jī)，電動(dòng)汽車，壓縮機(jī)，通用電機(jī)，電源變壓器，精密變壓器，節(jié)能電機(jī)，焊機(jī)變壓器，穩(wěn)壓器，磁性密封器，加速器用電磁鐵，汽車電機(jī)等；在電信高頻技術(shù)中常用0.05~0.20mm的薄帶鋼片,以便更有效地降低渦流損耗。熱軋硅鋼片厚度為0.35～0.50mm，密度為7.55～7.70g/cm3,多用于大、中、小型交、直流電動(dòng)機(jī)；冷軋無(wú)取向硅鋼片厚度為0.35～0.50mm，密度為7.65～7.75g/cm3，多用于大型交流發(fā)電機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī)，大、中、小型交、直流電動(dòng)機(jī)；冷軋取向硅鋼片厚度為0.23mm 0.27mm 0.3mm 0.35mm，密度為7.65g/cm3,多用于電力變壓器、油浸式變壓器，干式變壓器，電抗器、磁放大器等；冷軋取向薄帶厚度為0.05～0.20mm，多用于無(wú)線電高頻變壓器。

Due to the iron loss of electrical steel plates, which accounts for 2.5％ to 4.5％ of the annual electricity generation in various countries, countries always try their best to reduce iron loss in the production of electrical steel plates, and use iron loss as the most important indicator to assess the magnetic properties of products. The iron loss value of products is used as the basis for classifying product grades. Cold rolled oriented electrical steel: Cold rolled oriented electrical steel is a high-end product in the field of electrical steel. Compared with cold rolled non oriented electrical steel, its magnetism has strong directionality； It has superior high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics in the direction of easy magnetization rolling. The iron loss of oriented steel strip in the rolling direction is only 1/3 of that in the transverse direction, and the ratio of magnetic permeability is 6:1.
