軟管泵工作原理:
一根內壁光滑,強度可靠的特制橡膠軟管安裝在泵體內部,通過一對壓輥沿著軟管旋轉擠壓,這樣的 旋轉使得介質往一個方向輸送而不會倒流,軟管在輸送介質之后,由被壓扁軟管的自身彈性和側導輪的強制下,軟管恢復原狀,此時,軟管內產生高真空將介質再次吸入管腔,然后介質在隨之而來的壓輥擠壓下從軟管內排出,如此周而復始,介質不斷的被吸入和排出。目前產品使用溫度為≤100℃。根據用戶需要可以開發使用溫度在120℃的軟管泵軟管產品。
Working principle of hose pump:
